I have had many people ask me for tips on building an mlm team so I thought I'd share a few points to remember as you begin your climb to the top:
1. Trying to manage your downline is time wasted. Doing things for others that they should be doing for themselves creates cripples. Be there to help and support them but let them LEARN. Be there to support them but not smother them.
