How many people want to know the secret to losing weight? There really is no secret, it's quite simple. Eat healthy foods, and move more. If it's that simple, why do we have such an overweight society?

24 Hours
We all have the exact same 24 hours in a day. It's how we choose to spend our time that will make a difference in our future. If you plan to build a business to secure your future, that means you must find time to work and build that business in your spare time.

Our Flight Home
It was finally time for our flight home from Europe. We were amazed at how fast the time had gone, as we said goodbye to all the new friends we met.
We had a flight for one hour flight from Basel back to Amsterdam. The plane was called a city hopper. We were amazed that they came to serve a box lunch. Don ate his but I declined as we had just eaten breakfast on our river boat not long before.

Fast Money
I've learned on my 15 or so years in network marketing is almost everyone that looks for and joins a network marketing company is looking for fast money. Many join thinking they will be soon making 5-6 figures a month and they want to do that in 3-6 months. I'm here to tell you that just won't happen.

Which Life Would You Choose?
I've lived thru practically every kind of thing in my lifetime. I've been poor, with no job. I've also worked for minimum wage. I've also had times where we lived from pay check to pay check waiting for the next check to pay out bills. It was not fun.
